Lack of broadband access hampers agency telework acceptance by Jason Miller, (GCN,  Oct. 13, 2004). Dan Matthews, CIO for the Transportation Department was singing our song at a telework conference sponsored by the Potomac Forum Ltd. in Maryland, and "... Davis likely will hold another hearing on telework issues in the spring."
