Integrated Justice Concept of Operations

The National Association of State CIO's (NASCIO) has published a concept of operations for integrated justice information systems that is clearly one of the most useful publications available in helping define what it means to implement an integrated justice information system.  The report includes a specific scenario that covers just about every imaginable push and pull action to exchange information, and suggests a validation method to help agencies understand the pieces missing in their IJIS efforts.  This is a superb document for people beginning to implement IJIS as well as those who have been at it awhile.  Highly recommended reading.
