Crex hunt gets under way Grantsburg, Wis.  Arrived at Jim Evrard's house about 6:30 this evening, just in time for the pairing of hunting partners and drawing for flowages. I'll hunt with Don Erickson, of Granstburg, in the morning on Fish Lake. We'll be sharing that lake with Bruce Moss and Mike Reiter, both of whom swear they will beat us to the best blind on the northwest shore. We'll see who gets there first. Look for a report on the first day of this two-day affair Monday evening. Don and I hunted together last year on Phantom Lake in a phenomenal wild rice bed.
