Ever think of what your best self is like and how that differs or alligns with what you project on a daily basis? Sometimes I lose track of who I want to be when I start getting bogged down with what I think everyone else wants and what I can or can not give them. My best self: works hard, eats right, laughs often, rolls with the punches, remembers others, dances, let's go...let's go...let's go.
My goal this eve is to let go of the week's stress, of the expectations, of the extra weight I've been carrying on my shoulders.
