Relationships, even in business, often seem built around individuals. Companies simply can't forget how important the individuals are. The sound of a voice. The name recognition in writing. The face. The memorized number. Whatever it is, it seems as important as the product (except for singularly-dominated industries). We're humans with a logical side that sits right beside an emotional side....
