I know people say "diets don't work"...and such. But I have an action plan. It's four weeks until I go to Amsterdam. It's a set goal. My plan is to do low-carb until then and refocus on my gym efforts. The thing is that I have been letting work take priority and, well, it shouldn't come above my life. So I got to work a little later (still earlier than required by 45 minutes), but I had a GREAT workout and I cooked breakfaast (eggs and bacon) and made a great salad for lunch. It makes me feel better already just knowing the effort is being made. I'm also committed to not weighing until Friday.
My back still hurts a little, but I'm pretending it doesn't.
