It is interesting how somehow Dvorak's 10 most important software progams of the desktop era has gotten transformed in Dave Winer's mind to the ten most important software products of all time. Freudian slip maybe? If Dave wasn't around before 1976 (the base of Dvorak's timing for the desktop era apparently), a number of us were and my guess is that there are a number of pieces of software before 1976 that would make ten most important software products of all time before those on Dvorak or Winer's list.
A particular low point from my point of view. No passing, no competition, nothing. The only thing to talk about seemed to be Button's attempted move to Williams. Even that is not all that interesting.
