This is ridiculous!

I just received an invoice from DHL for some stuff that I got from Microsoft. I think it was a beta or release candidate CD for XP SP2 but I get a lot of stuff and don't remember the exact shipment.

The details-Microsoft valued the shipment as:

CD $0.38
Document $0.02
Total $0.40 (USD)

At the stated exchange rate (1.346 apparently according to the invoice) the Canadian value is $0.54. So I have to pay GST of  $0.04.

The invoice from DHL:

GST on imported goods $0.04
Processing fee! $5.00
Total $5.04

So these idiots want me to pay a 5 dollar fee to collect $.04. Can you say scam?
