Open Access : Finland's national commitment to OA. Finland's National Electronic Library has negotiated institutional memberships in BioMed Central for every university, polythechnic, and research institute in the country. Quoting BMC's Natasha Robshaw in today's press release: "Finland is leading the world in its nationwide commitment to Open Access, and this is a huge boost for the Open Access movement.
