Lilia's post
about getting her permit extended sounds very familiar. Unfortunately a
lot of companies and government agencies use these phone systems which
make you walk (did I say 'walk'? I meant 'struggle') through all kinds
of menu's before you'll actually get to speak to a live person.
It goes even this far: whenever I call a large company and a live person actually answers, I'm surprised!
