Life's good....
Not much could be better - a hour's worth of fast Wi-Fi to download a week's missed e-mail alongside a large cappuccino before flying to Milan for , as IAAF bill it, Fernandez Vs Brugnetti highlight Sesto San Giovanni race.
IAAF - Francisco Javier Fernandez, Olympic silver medallist in Athens in the 20km race walk, starts as the favourite in Sunday's Coppa Città di Sesto, the Italian leg of the IAAF World Race Walking Challenge.
