Google launched their question-answering service inline with their main search engine service today.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery (and sometimes irony): it's nice to see that the fine folks at Google hold MSN Search in high enough respect to copy its features. MSN Search has had question-answering inline since January (MSR collaboarated on this feature). Try it yourself.

No, I haven't abandoned my blog. I was on vacation last week, and I'm in Portland at CHI 2005 this week. I'll post soon about some of the more interesting things I saw here. By the way, MSR had a really good showing here, from our Redmond, Cambridge and Beijing labs.
