Can a non-geek run a geek company I'm a regular reader of the Evolving Excellence blog that focuses on Lean thinking. Today's post rips (their favorite pastime) Motorola and the irony of a technology company run by a non-technology guy (has his secretary print emails and dictates replies) who is reducing the technology staff.
