SHOOTING CENTRAL ASIA

Rena Effendi of Azerbaijan, Gia Chkhatarasnvili of the Republic of Georgia, Stephanie Sinclair of the U.S. and James Reeve of the United Kingdom have been named winners of the FiftyCrows International Fund for Documentary Photography 2004 Central Asia and Caucasus Grant.

(The FiftyCrows website, which announced the awards, didn't provide links to the winning entries. Links above will take you to the photographers' web sites; I couldn't find a site for Gia Chkhatarasnvili.)
