May 1st Tom Bailey and other libertarians attended the million marijuana march to protest pot prohibition. Tom Bailey spoke to the protesters briefly. He explained how prohibition was a bill of attainder and to be legal must be passed as a constitutional amendment.
Tom Bailey also explained how the elections were rigged citing the conflict between Article VI Section 6 of the Constitution of North Carolina which requires that all disqualifications for eligibility for election be listed in the Constitution and General Statute 163-123 which lists disqualifications not contained in the Constitution.
And finally Tom Bailey told the protesters how the demopublicans had cured him of his paranoia.
Many of the protesters were Green party members and fully understood how the elections were rigged by preventing constitutionally eligible people from being voted for since any votes cast in North Carolina for their candidate Nader were thrown out by the Board of Elections.
Many of the protesters expressed an intent to vote for Tom Bailey
