It was evident that no one had answers to the question of impact yesterday during the discussion. But, some of the passionate discussion drowned out Prof. Benkler who kept saying "We are asking the wrong question."
Perhaps, the right question is "What's the question?".

Appropriate to yesterday's discussion on the impact of Internet on Politics is an analysis of the effects of email, auto dial and other technologies in the recent elections in India.
