Dont Be Fooled By Super Juice
This article makes some very good points - both about the current fad drinks that promise energy, health, and intelligence, all from a bottle, and about many popular supplements in general. We at The Wellness Club have a name for the ingredients found in many of these concoctions and preparations: we call it "Fairy Dust" because there really is only a "dusting" of the claimed ingredient, and no true quality control but, like Fairy Dust, all sorts of wonderful magical claims are made for it.
So, if you like the taste of one of these drinks, and don't mind the immense dose of sugars that most provide, and especially don't mind the cost, go ahead - indulge. But do take the extravagant claims with a grain of salt. Otherwise, you might want to consider a nice cup of green tea...
Cheers, Nurse Mark
