I'm sure we'll hear howls of outrage from the American diagnostic industry that has made a multi-billion dollar business out of fear of breast cancer. Could it possibly be true that not every female, from the age of puberty with budding breasts on up, needs a mamogram twice-yearly? It seems to me that twice-yearly breast crushing for all women (and even some men!) is what the mamogram industry has been working up to... It will be interesting to watch this play out!
Cheers,
Nurse Mark
