Molina Healthcare Notified of Contract Awards for Special Needs Plans in CA, MI, UT and WA. Molina Healthcare announced that its health plans in CA, MI, UT and WA have been notified by the CMS that they have been selected to operate Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans in their respective states.
