It is actually a yearly race called The Copa Nadal, the christamas trophy, organised by the Club Natació Barcelona and the first competition of its kind in Spain
The race starts from the Moll d'Espanya, ending at the Portal de la Pau. This race, of 200 metres, is one of the most popular and traditional events for the Christmas festivities, with swimmers of all ages taking part.
