The Appeal of Blogs  (techdrivenlife)   (selected articles in bizdrivenlife compiled) After launching  our company blog which the power of numbers immediately allowed us to have not only over 300 posts and over 10,000 visits in less than 2 weeks, I now appreciate the power of blogging.  After all, our company website never had that many response, or that frequent update, and I guess there is something in the ease of updating and sense of interaction and 'conversation' that appeals to people, both the people who write, and those who read and comment. I have in quick succession launch another blog site which is trying to promote our city.  In less than 5 days, we have had over 60 posts and over 2,000 visits.  I guess all should look at the power of community building and interaction.  People don't just want to be 'told' or 'informed'.  They want now to interact and converse with companies, and I guess web sites now who do a better job on that will have better success.   6:53:43 PM     comment []   trackback []
