House hunting is crazy. . .
These days it's been all about hunting for a house to rent in the Ballard section of Seattle. It's a wonderful part of town with artists and creative types in abundance plus it's right near the Puget Sound and Discovery Park. Discovery Park is a real wilderness area right attached to a big (yet very small feeling) city.
One house was all set to go and then the owners got cold feet and decided they wanted to move back in. It's hard finding a house that you love not just like when there's not a lot to choose from.
