Presidents of Poinciana's 13 condo associations signed a 52-month lease that allows AM Golf Partners to try to sell a round of golf for the current price of $28, including the golf cart. Under the terms of the lease AM Golf Partners will maintain the course at no cost to residents.

In another case, a condominium association retained Peebles in early 2004 to bring a claim against its builder for defective construction. Although Peebles settled the case and received eight checks totaling more than $700,000, he never told his client about the settlement. Instead, Peebles forged the signature of the association's president on the settlement checks without permission and eventually converted the money to pay his own bills.

Two buyers in the stalled Trump Tower Tampa condominium say it is impossible for developers to finish the 52-story tower by the time their contract mandates. The buyers want their money back and have sued to get out of the deal.
