THE PACIFIST AND THE TERRORIST AGREEKen Livingstone, mayor of London, believes he knows how to stop the terrorist attacks on his city:  leave Iraq.  Ayman Al-Zawahiri, Osama Bin Laden's second in command and the closest thing Al Qaida has to an ideologist, believes he can advice the Brits on how to avoid further terrorist attacks:  leave Iraq.
