Quick Sharepoint Tip Regarding Lists and Links

Recently, a user said, "How can I bury links on the Quick Launch Bar under one link?"   Ever wonder how to do this without using CAML and without creating .aspx customized pages?   Here's how:   Use a List to show a List with Links:   1. Create custom list -        Call it Projects -        show it in quick launch bar -        create a links column that is a hyperlink   2. Create custom list Call it Desktop Replace Project DO NOT Show it on the Quick Launch Bar Copy the URL  3. Go back to Projects List               Add New             Paste Link you copied             Name it Desktop Replace Project   Repeat steps 2-3 for each project (aka link)   Viola!
