UNCG Libertarians Win Most
Active College Affiliate Award
At the Libertarian Party of North Carolina's Gala Awards Banquet at the state convention on the night of Saturday, April 30, the UNCG College Libertarians were presented with the award for most active college affiliate.
The award was much deserved due to the many efforts of the group, including working booths at various events, participating in protests and rallies, gathering a large number of ballot-access petition signatures, and having two members--Allison Jaynes and Rusty Sheridan--run for public office.
Congratulations to the UNCG College Libertarians!
In other news from the convention, Guilford delegate Tom Bailey was elected to the state Judicial Committee.
