Book Reviews from Master The Art of Reading participants

Susannah Morrow by Megan Chance: A very slow read.

You can run but you can't hide by Duane "Dog" Chapman: A most remarkable book I've ever read. Wonderful insight to the life of a bounty hunter.

Scarecrow by Michael Connelly: For fans of Michael Connelly this is his best! Could not put it down once I started reading it. It also opened my mind on how at risk we are in this computer age.

Lord of Hawkfell Island by Catherine Coulter: Adventure, romance, and history. Not to bad of a mix. Good book but some parts made me want to skip ahead. Seems to me that the Vikings think about sex too much.

Vineyard Chill by Phil Craig: Phil Craig wrote 19 "Martha's Vineyard" mysteries before his death in May 2007. I enjoyed all the ones I've read to the point of feeling very sad that there will be nor more J. W. Jackson adventures.

Full Blast by Janet Evanovich: Couldn't put it down.

Naughty Neighbor by Janet Evanovich: A funny book.

Dark Desire by Christine Feehan: Christine Feehan's "Carpathians" series is hot! This second in the series focuses on Jacques, a broken and brutalized man who reaches out to his fated female from across the world to save his soul.

Princess Dottie by Lucy Gordon: Royal scandals in the modern world. This novel truly held my fascination, truly riveting!

Malcolm X by Alex Haley: A wonderful insight to the most remarkable man that ever lived.

Poppy Done to Death by Charlaine Harris: In this 7th book of Charlaine Harris' Aurora Teagarden series, Aurora discovers her step-sister-in-law murdered and, as per usual, she gets right into the thick of the investigations. A wonderful addition to the story.

They lift their wings to cry by Brooks Haxton: Poetry with a primary focus and metaphors relating to nature. I enjoy poetry, but I did not fall in love with this book

Bad Company by Jack Higgins: I love any and all Jack Higgins books. I really love his character Sean Dillon. He is great.

Drink with the Devil by Jack Higgins: I love all Jack Higgins novels. They are really great. I love the novels most with Sean Dillon in them.
