Hooters Pro Golf Tour:
Bracket Set for Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship Georgia men, UCLA women grab top seeds
NORMAN, Okla. — The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) and the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA), in association with Hooters of America, Inc., have unveiled the brackets for the 2004 Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship, which will be held Nov. 11-13 at Mission Inn Golf and Tennis Resort at Howey-in-the Hills, Fla., and will be co-hosted by the Central Florida Sports Commission. Georgia received the top seed in the men's bracket while UCLA took the No. 1 spot in the women's field. The men's and women's tournaments will be played simultaneously with the men competing on El Campeón and the women teeing off on Las Colinas. Bahia, Brazil (Oct. 28, 2005) – Argentina's Miguel Guzman was the man at the 55th MasterCard Brazil Open. An impressive week of fifteen birdies and only two bogeys for a four-day total of 13-under par 275 at Costa de Sauipe Golf Links, led him to an outstanding seven-stroke victory at the Tour de las Americas' eleventh event of the 2005 season.
