Second Consecutive Year for Top 5 Ranking

The survey report, which is conducted yearly by Socha Consulting LLC and Gelbmann & Associates, examines the demand for and consumption of domestic, commercial electronic discovery services and software. Results of the survey were based on data which was gathered from 91 respondents, representing consumers and providers of electronic discovery products and services through interviews, rigorous research findings and a self-paced survey.

Providers were ranked based on a set of seven criteria which included; experience and reputation, capacity, types of services, software usage, law firm rankings, corporate rankings, and revenue estimates. The final results were based on a weighted combination of the five criteria results rather than a single criterion. The "Top 5" providers are listed in alphabetical order in the report, without indication of individual ranking within the group.
