Austin, TX, September 19, 2006 - RenewData, a leader in Information Governance solutions providing compliance, preservation archiving and electronic discovery solutions for corporations and law firms, announced today its upcoming participation at the IQPC "2nd E Discovery: Real World Solutions and Practical Strategies in a Changing Environment" conference to be held at Bridgewaters in New York City, NY, September 18 - 20, 2006.

 

Jake Frazier, Esq, national sales director at RenewData will participate on the panel "Verizon Case Study: Best Practices For Managing Discovery And Litigation" on Wednesday, September 20 at 2:20 pm EST. The panel will focus on the pros and cons of building an in-house team in order to formulate and enforce best practices for electronic discovery. They will discuss leveraging technology to realize true cost savings by internalization and matter synergy, implementing strategic technical and policy initiatives to fulfill discovery obligations efficiently, and recognizing the benefits of search and retrieval technology.

 

Frazier has more than seven years of experience in the legal research and education industry. Prior to joining RenewData, Frazier was a director of business development at Thomson Dialog, and held product marketing and account management positions at Lexis-Nexis. His articles "E-mail Management Software: The Panacea We've All Been Waiting For?", "Top Ten Considerations When Negotiating an E-discovery Case Management Order", and "Getting Rid of Backup Tapes: A Practical Approach to Breaking the Habit" were published by Pike & Fischer's Digital Discovery & e-Evidence.
