After for being practically the only sports photographer anywhere to stick with film - at last I've joined the digital revolution!

The tactile rubber helps on a cold day too - much better than the cold Pentax steel on the fingers.

Just a first go but already leaguues ahead of anything taken in such unfavourable light.

IAAF's Race Walking Challenge 2005

IAAF are previewing their series beginning next month in Tijuana with an interview with last years women's winnerElisa Riguado of Italy and coverage of the Telstra A-series held on Saturday at Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra, Australia.

Olympic Race Walking bronze medallists Nathan Deakes and Jane Saville both achieved World Championship A-qualifying standards to win the men[base ']s and women[base ']s 20km walks. Both of course were world leading times for 2005.
