I've seen a few comments from the Apple folks on the various Apple rumor sites. "How do we know he's telling the truth?" Hint: you don't. Hint2: If I told you everything I know, I'd destroy my source inside Apple (and the source would be revealed). That'd be no fun. You'll just have to wait to see if what I say comes true. If it does, you'll know that my source is a good one. If it doesn't, you can go back to ignoring me again.

Ahh, HaloScan's comment system is back up after being down for three days -- so now my comments are working again. Man, did I miss them.

My boss's boss tells me that Weblogs are all the rage at the Demo Conference. He asked me to brief him on the topic. Then he asked me for my Weblog address again. Gulp. It's very scary when your boss's boss starts reading your weblog.

My comments are still down. Darn.

More NEC News at TheTabletPC.net. I'd also expect to see news at TabletPCBuzz (they have the most active forum as well).

The Mac world is pointing to me because I predicted Apple is gonna ship some new hardware this year that'll be as fast or faster than current state-of-the-art Intel stuff. Interesting discussions. Here's the links:

Arstechnica's "Perpetual Future Apple CPU Thread."

MacRumors: "Apple Desktops Outperforming Intel?"

Welcome Mac fans! Some rumor sites have pointed to me this morning and boy, what flow!

Hey, Mac fans, drool over the new NEC Tablet, introduced this morning:

PCWorld: "NEC Shows off 2-Pound Tablet PC."

TabletPCTalk: "NEC Versa LitePad Exclusive Coverage."

TabletPCTalk is tracking other stuff about the NEC on its home page.
