Adam Vandenberg posted a note about Windows/Cairo. Along with a link to an old Network Computing article: "An interesting article, but there's no date on it, which is frustrating. I hate it when news sites don't date their articles. Or, even worse, when they don't date their articles AND their site template always includes the current date."

A search with the author's name and a few keywords on Google brings up a table of contents for April 1, 1995.

Linking to old stories on Tomalak's Realm, I've always had fun tracking down dates for old articles that aren't dated.

BBC.  Cool.  New cooling device for PCs lets a 2.2 GHz Intel chip run at 3 GHz.  It holds the temp of the chip at 18 degrees below Celsius.  It's also quiet.  Cost of the VapoChill PC:  $3,700. [John Robb's Radio Weblog]
