According to MacScripter.net, AppleScript Studio is available now with the release of the December Developer Tools, available to Apple Developer Connection members. At this writing, it appears that the new release is not yet available to people with free ADC Online membership.

DiskWatcher 1.0.3 is an AppleScript script that “automates checking your disks for corruption. With Disk Watcher you don’t need to remember to regularly check your disks to prevent serious problems. Disk Watcher will keep an eye on them and warn you when a disk has problems and needs to be fixed.”
