Vinod Khosla on continuous migration: I suggest planning on systems that are always wrong but can be changed very rapidly, that are adaptive. Get something running in 90 days, let users try it, they tell you what's wrong, you can easily change it. Don't make it a massive transformation for the company. Get into a world of rapid modification as an architecture. Très similaire à mon approche actuelle pour le développement de la plateforme de Messagia...

Mp3NewsBreak is the fastest, easiest way for you to stay connected to the news and information you care about while you're online. Mp3NewsBreak works with your mp3 player to seamlessly integrate news content of your choosing into your playlist whenever new content is available.Imagine, being able to listen to your music, and have headline news, stocks, and weather instantly in your playlist. Listen to as much of it or as little of it as you want to. Whenever you want to. Bon concept, reste à tester l'implémentation... prometteur? #

mssqlXpress delivers to the developer a tool that combines the best features of Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer with even more features. Ability to retain history of all changes to stored procs, triggers, and databases. MDI interface to enable the easy copying and pasting of code between objects. Script generation with them been stored to a database for easy retrival. #

Microsoft Outlook 11 overview
Outlook 11 is the working name for the next version of Outlook, due out in mid-2003 as part of Office 11. This page describes new and improved features, based on public demonstrations of the product, which was first unveiled at the MEC conference Oct. 8, 2002. We'll be adding to this page as Microsoft reveals more details about Outlook 11. Je n'ai nullement l'intention de migrer vers cette plateforme mais c'est de l'info utile pour mon boulot. #

k_xmlchk is a xml chunk syntax checker. It does not check for document validity, does not check lexical grammar, and does not check against schemas or DTDs. So what does it do? It takes a chunk of xml code and makes sure that it has a somewhat valid syntax. Somewhat valid? Yes, somewhat. But, gosh, I find it pretty reasonable. (Reasonable as in considerably rigid raher than as in too forgiving). Yes there are plent of better xml parsers out there, but not in ecmascript! #

Reading Outlook PST files
MailNavigator is a powerful system for retrieving information from the archives of the majority of popular mail programs. Versions 0.09 and later include the capability of reading mailboxes in DBX (Outlook Express 5, 6) and PST (MS Outlook) format. If you want to simply extract messages from the pst archives of MS Outlook programs, load the mail folders from MailNavigator, and then export the messages in ASCII format or in the RFC-822 compliant format. #
