Caffeine WithdrawalI'm back. The trip to Auburn was good, although Friday evening/Saturday morning ended up being a painful exercise in caffeine withdrawal. I neglected to drink anything with caffeine Friday and ended up having a mild, yet completely annoying headache by the end of the day. I was able to fall asleep at around 11 PM Friday, but I woke up again at around 1 AM and the headache remained. Of course this time around it kept me from easily returning to a peaceful slumber. In the end I survived the ordeal though and I made sure that I didn't make the same mistake today. Sad.
