Lance Armstrong took a 67 second lead in today's Tour de France and did it in an amazing fashion. On the last climb of the day, he started his attack, got knocked off his bike, caught up with the pack (who waited for him), and resumed the attack. In the end, he won the stage and lengthened his lead over Jan Ullrich.
I have never watched the Tour before, but it is an amazing race to watch. I am enjoying learning about the various tactics as they unfold. Michele likens it to watching grass grow, but grass never attacks on a 10% grade with 9k to go.

Since his sudden disappearance from the UserLand domain, I was wondering when and where John Robb was going to resurface.
He has popped back up on a new domain. It appears that he is still using Radio. One nice feature of a desktop weblog is that you can recreate it entirely if you need to move to a new server. Unfortunately, if the URL changes all the external links to your weblog will break. That is what John is fighting now, thousands of broken links and broken subscriptions.
Welcome back John.
