I sort of expect language challenges on the San Jose Inside weblog. We are after all a diverse city. But not from our former Mayor: "A disquieting note of late is the Council’s strange snatching of defeat from the jaws of consensus in the long neighborhood effort to monitor Evergreen growth and make it provide for community needs under the tutelage of Cortese and the Planning Department."
