Ahhhh.

I just checked in the first cut at calling database scripts from Python.

Interestingly enough, this will also call Python that's been stored in the database, and we get an annoying double conversion of parameters. Have to find a way to optimize that. But for right now, it works, so we'll start testing it in earnest, and work on making sure I'm doing it the right way.
