Interesting line of conversation last night... out here in the bay area, the suburbs are so crowded that folks from SF (Tracy & I, for example) avoid visiting people there. I have a friend I've known for almost 20 years who lives on a little cul-de-sac down in San Jose. They haven't come up to our house in five years, and yet the street traffic in her neighborhood is far worse than ours. The parking's better, as well; her street is filled with RVs for some reason.
