Server Side Spam Filters?

I just got back from a week long holiday. Nothing blew up while I was away (AFAIK), but I was dismayed to find almost as much spam as not in my mailbox. When in town, I rely on Spam Sieve to keep my Mail and Entourage spam under control. This client side solution requires me to have my laptop with me at all times (usually not a problem but not so cool when on holiday).

After checking our institutional offerings, I was dismayed to see the server side spam filter is not yet widely available. Are there good server side spam filter services available (for free or pay)? As always, I am eager survey broadly, assess the costs, implement and then not worry about it. If you know of anything (and are reading this note), please send suggestions.

I am also becoming familiar with the Project Center feature of Entourage 2004.
