Now this is fun! I spent far too long playing with the Text to Voice technology on the AT & T Interactive Multi-Lingual Demo. I was hoping to create a new VoiceMail message in a foreign accent. I was a little disappointed that 'French' did not mean 'English delivered with a French Accent', I settled on the UK male voice reciting my message.

Since the Scottish accent is considered one of the most trustworthy on the planet, you would think that AT& T would have it as well.

A quick Google search turned up this site, complete with a Scottish voice.
