Legal Guidelines for Bloggers

My colleague just passed along these two references from the EFF. The Legal Guide for Bloggers covers issues that bloggers should (theoretically) know about to cover their bases. The second guide is entitled "When Push Comes to Shove: A Hype-Free Guide to Evaluating Technical Solutions to Copyright on Campus"



While I suspect that both are written from an American perspective, these look like useful tools to help explore the copyright issues present on our campus. Since I am at a Canadian Institution, many of the details are different but the issues are likely similar.

Note to readers: Our school needs someone (with resources) to pick up the copyright issue, take ownership of it and start to educate the rest of us!
