A friend is having a sexy trip (in a single parent road trip kind of way) up to Vermont where they are currently snowed in and being forced to enjoy a little more of the VT hospitality.
I miss the snow sometimes. I miss the evening heavy snowstorm snow on the weekend when there is no traffic on the streets. We would stand out in the road, looking up into the sky and watch the snowflakes fall and feel them landing on our upturned faces. The silent sound of the snowflakes falling all around us, the veritable silence of all the world as it stops running at it's usual mad pace, to take time to stop and wonder at the beauty of nature in it's wondrous winter glory.
