While it does depend on what you mean by the word "virus," there is more to the claim of a virus-free OS X than semantics.

I think this post by AJ at AmericaBlog helps explain a lot of what is happening.

(Via Seeing the Forest.)

But, alas, it doesn't make any sense. Not one bit of it. Not AJ's post, the whole situation. What Hezbollah thinks it could accomplish by attacking Israel is hard to figure. Clearly, Israel outarms Hezbollah, and just as clearly no other government is going to step into a war against Israel. Even Syria has more sense than that. But I think they're fighting a longer-term battle, one in which Israel is even more isolated than now, and where the US is alone with Israel. Clearly, that's untenable for us. And I thought the Iraq war was supposed to lead to a new golden age in the region.

This is an amazing video showing what Scientology does to people. As far as I can tell, folks like Mark Bunker are heroes. Watch as what appear to be brainwashed fools accuse him of all sorts of sins, and the fear in their faces is evident. Scary, scary stuff. What are these people afraid of? Why do they try to hide it?

There's a link on the page to a great Geometry answer, too.
