Stephen over at Blogging Alone mentions Sébastien Paquet's reasons why blogging has failed to become a widely accepted research tool among academia. I disagree with nearly all of these reasons. OnThe Plate I have been busy optimizing and upgrading our Macintosh computers' OS to 9.2.2. It was a very busy week. I am leading the way for the Chicago Public School's Clear Project folks, who will upload Timbuktu Pro and Virex on all our Macs. Then its Macintosh Manager running the show and providing our staff and students with disk space and Apache server. With fingers crossed, its on to Manila on MacOSX, Quicktime Streaming Server built on an enhanced Mac server with two additional Seagate hard drives.
