Wow
For some reason I'm amazingly cheerful today. Not completely sure why.

Although going to play some Halo with people certain helps lighten my perspective.

More later (maybe), after I come back from Halo.

GNU Screen: an introduction and beginner's tutorial

kuro5hin.org posts an article on GNU Screen - basically GNU Screen lets you have many "virtual terminal connections" in one connection.

This means that, instead of opening up 5 Terminal windows to do 5 different things (or be 5 different places) when you're on the command line, you create 5 different "screens" in the same window.

Screen is useful stuff - I use it when I have to SSH into my webserver (and it saves me lots of time and pain).

A useful read, if you want to enhance your command-line use experience.

Radio Categories: One Strike, One Home Run
I was playing with Radio categories today. I created one new category, and that worked fine. Slick even. Then I created another (actually I think I changed the name of an existing one), and that didn't work out so great - I have no idea where I am posting.

Hey, a 500 ain't bad... but it's software, not baseball, folks.

Doh! Day-flip
Doh! Radio flipped the day on me. Well, I guess it is tomorrow already... errr... today....
