Today I helped a client edit his crontab, and instead of telling him how vi worked, I took the lazy man's way out and told him how to set up BBEdit as the unix EDITOR.

After helping him out, I wrote up the steps on my wiki, in a newbie friendly (I hope) format. (Again, the wiki serves as a place where I archive content so I don't have to refigure out this stuff again in a year or two or five)
