Rendezvous
Rendezvous is really cool, as it provides automatic DNS names for all the machines on your network. Instead of figuring out what the new IP address for my powerbook is, I just refer to it as excalibur.local.

It always works. ssh knows about it and everything. Marsedit even knows about it (although I'm seeing somewhat odd behavior... but my stories get posted and that's all I care about.)

Another technology from Apple that's Insanely Cool.

Hexedit!
I do love it when opensource (or quasi-open source, as I think is the case with HexEdit) release versions which include features I wrote.

Today it's Hexedit 1.9.2, which includes my option to toggle the initial open file dialog (which appears at launch, in classical Mac OS fashion).

I used Hexedit a bit last week, opening up almost 2GB files, and it still worked like a charm (on my G5, of course, but still.)
