Oh nuts. When you share your music, and listen to it on another source, iTunes' Shared Music feature does not update the Last Played or Play Count tags of the file. (This is with iTunes 4.7.1.)

This sucks. Most of the time I share music from my desktop to my laptop (the machine which I'm still doing maybe 50% of my work on), and sometimes i listen to podcasts while I work. Except they don't get marked as played, and I lose track of the ones I've listened to.

Hmmm... this is really a problem. Anybody have a solution?
